In recognition of Black History Month, SEIU nurses from across the U.S. and Canada are joining together for a free continuing education session to explore the root causes of disparities, inequities and injustices in healthcare and inspire advocacy and allyship for equitable care.

This virtual course will provide insight into the principles of structural competence and opportunity to work together through case studies to identify historic and contemporary drivers of racism, bias and discrimination across healthcare systems and within their own workplace and practice.
